Gas pizza oven

A gas pizza oven is used in pizzerias and restaurants to bake pizza at high temperatures. Compared with an electric pizza oven, models running on natural gas are often more economical, and unlike a conveyor pizza oven, they keep the classic method of baking on a stone deck.
- Number of chambers and capacity: A single-chamber model (for example, one that holds 6 pizzas) is enough for a moderate workload, while a double-chamber model (4+4 or 6+6 pizzas) handles a continuous flow of orders.
- Temperature range: Heating up to 450 °C ensures the fast bake that authentic Neapolitan pizza requires.
- Thermostat: Separate top and bottom temperature control in each chamber helps the stone surface and the chamber heat evenly.
When choosing an oven, consider your kitchen’s gas supply and the unit’s power rating (9.3 to 30 kW) so that the oven holds a stable working temperature without interruption during busy hours.
