Meat marinator

A meat marinator is used to marinate meat, poultry and semi-finished products quickly and evenly. Unlike a meat mixer, which blends ground meat, this machine processes whole pieces of meat in a rotating drum. With this mechanical action the marinade penetrates deep into the fibers, and the process takes just a few minutes instead of several hours.
- Vacuum processing: The vacuum model quickly opens the pores of the meat and speeds up marinade absorption, while the standard model is limited to mechanical mixing.
- Drum capacity: A 40–45 L drum handles up to 25 kg of meat per batch, which is quite enough for restaurants and small production facilities.
- Digital control: A control panel with a timer lets you set the process time precisely, giving the finished product a consistent flavor.
Both models run on a standard 220 V supply and, thanks to their low power draw (0.3–0.38 kW), are quite economical. When choosing a machine, the kitchen’s pace of work is the deciding factor: under heavy workloads, a vacuum unit significantly cuts processing time and keeps the meat juicy.
